Built for Bruce Blanchard on a Buster Welch tree.  Features a 3/4 basket stamp, with a decorative line on fenders and seat, and a rough-out padded seat.  All stainless hardware, spotted rosettes, sterling overlay conchos, twist/wrap, and Nettles flat bottom stirrups,  complete with flank and billets.  Hermann Oak skirting, and bark-tanned woolskin.
